CAV: International Pinot Noir

Saturday, October 20th, 2007

I went directly to CAV Wine Bar from the gym, late Saturday afternoon. The crowds seem to arrive earlier each week, and I enjoy the flights more when it’s a bit quieter. I’m glad I went, because it was the last day for this week’s flight: International Pinot Noir.

Que Syrah: Big Napa Reds

Sunday, October 14th, 2007

So, I enjoyed the flight with an order of olives.

I followed these with a flight of California reds from Dave’s favorite producers.

The Hidden Vine: Dave’s Favorite Reds

Tuesday, October 2nd, 2007

But, the menu also includes two red wine flights: a flight of California red wines from Dave’s favorite producers and Elegant European Reds (Dave’s Picks). I had to try Dave’s picks, knowing I’ll have time to return to taste the others during October. (more…)
