I left CAV Wine Bar, on my way to a concert at the Masonic Auditorium, with what seemed like plenty of time. So, I took one of the F line's inbound PCCs near CAV and rode to Drumm Street, where I thought I'd catch the California Cable Car up the hill to the auditorium. This morning, no inbound L Taraval was visible when I arrived at 35th and Taraval, around 8:30am. So, I walked to the stop just across Sunset. Two outbounds went past, before I saw an inbound. This is usually a bad sign, and this morning was no exception. (More)

I caught the L Taraval at 35th and Taraval, a little after 8am. As usual, it was moderately crowded, but I found a seat in the second car. By the time we went underground at West Portal Station, it was packed. That was when I noticed the crazy homeless guy. (More)

I was a block from Taraval, this morning, when I saw an in-bound L Taraval sitting at the corner of 35th Avenue. I knew I wouldn't make that train, but I hoped there'd be another not too far behind. (More)

My ride into town on the inbound L Taraval was held up about 15 minutes, this morning, between Church and Van Ness Stations. The driver told us that there had been a "medical emergency" on a car at Van Ness Stations. We sat in one spot for about 10 minutes. Then, we moved a bit and sat again for a few more. Altogether, the delay was around 15 minutes. (More)

I caught the L Taraval around 8:20am, this morning, at Sunset and Taraval. I had no trouble finding a seat, though not everyone who boarded at 35th and Taraval was so lucky. There were no problems on the ride into town. (More)

I take the L Taraval to work, most weekday mornings — usually from 35th Avenue and Taraval. This morning, I left home about 10 minutes later than usual, and I saw an inbound double L crossing 35th from about a block away. (More)
